All Phase has been in the Paving business since 1979.
We own all of our equipment, including: a skid loader, a motor grader,
a paving machine, and two rollers. All of our workers are covered by
Workers Compensation Insurance.
All Phase Asphalt Paving and Chipsealing is based in Kalamazoo, Michigan and is a second generation family owned and operated business.
All Phase has six full-time employees as well as the family members. The ownership has over 100 years of combined experience in paving and chipsealing.
We base a project's cost in dollars per square foot, or fixed-price estimates. We're very competitively priced. We provide our customers with top-notch
chip sealing, asphalt seal coating, parking
lot asphalt paving, and driveways. At the end of every job, we will give you detailed instructions on the proper maintenance of your driveway or sidewalk. A certain amount of cracking will happen with every paving job. This is normal, and the cracking that happens with our paving jobs is within industry tolerances.
